Shipping
Generally our waiting times can be 4 days minimum to anywhere up to 8 days but if. If there is any delay or shortage in supply, the customer will be reimbursed with fully and or with compensation. (this means free stuff...)
All shipping information will be emailed to the customer after the initial purchase. Usually within 30 minutes to an hour.
Refunds
We have a really easy refund policy, all it will take is an email of the receipt and a few notes about why and we will work out and resolve the problem from there. We have a very solid office that is very keen to help you out with any drama and to find the resolution the problem.
